Overall Responsibility
Reporting to the Chief Human Resource Officer, the Human Resource Leader partners across the organization to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for Company's human resources services, policies, and programs. This position guides decision making processes and positively impacts the results of the organization by playing a hands-on role in recruiting, retaining, developing and rewarding the industryÆs best talent in a manner that is cost-efficient and compliant. This position completes projects to lead the development, enhancement, and innovation of CompanyÆs Human Resources Department. In this fast moving private equity environment, the successful individual will be comfortable being both strategic and tactical performing a wide-range of duties for multiple locations.
Skills/Qualifications/Education:

Technical Competencies: In depth knowledge and successful application of human resource laws and practices (compensation, hiring, FMLA, ADA, Workers Comp, FLSA, COBRA, I-9s, staffing, retention practices, terminations, career planning, performance improvement plans, etc).

This is a ôhands on roleö with day to day responsibilities of a 100+ person location and overseeing an HR specialist at another location.

Education & Experience: Must have 5-7 years prior successful, relevant HR experience. A BachelorÆs degree in Human Resources or appropriate certification/accreditation or equivalent work experience/education is preferred. Must be versed in payroll and shared services (health & welfare and 401k).
Travel: This position is responsible for two locations with primary responsibility for Lambertville and overseeing an HR specialist at Leominster. Will be expected to Leominster occasionally.
