Position: HR Coordinator, GPS
Location: Lawrenceville, New Jersey

Position Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and project support to half of the GPS HR team and some of the projects that this group will lead, reporting to the Executive Director HRBP, Global Pharma Ops and GE&F. The successful candidate will be a dynamic, performance driven, well-organized and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to :

The ED HR, Global Pharma Ops and GE&F
The VP HR, Biologics and Quality
The ED HR, Quality and Bio Sterile Sites
The Senior Director HRBP, Cell Therapy

Perform highly diverse administrative function
Support team meetings & governance evolution and implementation
Projects and meetings coordination;
Proactive calendar management
Domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements
Expense and travel reports
Provide support to the GPS HR Business Partners in the delivery of our People Strategy
Coordinate projects, often highly confidential.
Support GPS in the TMT process (exit waves), including but not limited to maintaining the tracker, ensuring all operational steps are completed according to the TMT Wave timeline and keeping HRBPs informed of enhancements and changes in the process.
People Analytics & associated reporting (Executive headcount, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent, Performance, MyVoice analysis), People Strategy scorecards,
Work in coordination with the GPS Senior HRC, other global functions HRCs, and the broader GPS executive associates community.
Lead and maintain the relevant Microsoft Teams Space and SharePoint
Responsible for the organization and planning of complex remote meetings across multiple time zones.
Plans and organizes off site in person meetings for globally based teams in domestic and international locations.
Anticipates needs of manager and/or team, and take appropriate steps to produce desired outcome with minimal assistance from supervisor with accuracy and efficiency to meet all deadlines.
Interface in a professional manner with senior executives and matrix team members, handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate diplomacy and excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.
Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with other employees across an international environment.
Prioritizes activities and takes action based on an understanding of department objectives, customer needs, and BMS business strategy.

Qualifications & Experience

Successful candidate must possess a High School diploma. BS degree preferred.
5 to 7 years of progressive administrative experience with at least 4 years of experience in office administration for a senior level executive.
Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and has a collaborative approach
Very strong written and verbal skills and the capability to produce excellent work with minimal supervision is required
Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and superior follow-up skills are a requirement
Proven skills in balancing competing demands and requests by taking initiative to adjust or change priorities.
Ability to work independently and proactively while interacting with high level external and internal contacts and be able to handle exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent judgment.
Based out of BMS Lawrenceville, NJ, this person would also need to be able to travel to other NJ BMS sites such as New Brunswick, PPK, or Summit, depending on business needs.
The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applicationsWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookand Workday.
