Persante is a provider of specialized sleep and balance diagnostic testing services. Headquartered in Mount Laurel, NJ, we offer a suite of turnkey solutions for a cost effective and heightened customer experience for our partners. Persante is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team at our headquarters.
This is an entry level position with huge growth potential!
Job Responsibilities
Ensure all appropriate employee files are maintained according to policy up to and including those related to onboarding, training, employee recognition programs, handbook and employee signoffs, FMLA, workers compensation, etc.
Ensure a new hire onboarding plan (including orientation) is effectively maintained with appropriate documentation.
Handles employment-related inquiries from personnel and routinely briefs the HR director on issues
Assists with maintaining compliance to federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Assist HR director and/or hiring manager with the recruitment process such as developing processes to ensure job postings are current , and timely screening of candidates and setting up of interviews
Provide routine updates to the HR director with the recruitment process
Assist with the development and/or revision of policies as it relates to human resources and recruitment.
Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the HR manager/director
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
High proficiency with computers particularly Windows and Microsoft orientated programs (i.e. Word, Excel, etc).
Education
High school dimploma or GED
