As an HR Specialist, this employee is responsible for overseeing daily staffing operations and offering assistance to staff in the performance of the duties as needed. In addition, the specialist provides location-wide administrative support. We are looking for some support with acquiring benefits for our staff.
Job Responsibilities
Manage hiring and staffing needs by conducting interviews and resume screenings for applicants
Collaborate and communicate with employees in regards to questions and inquiries
Implementing contractual processes for reduction in force or Layoff/Recall of employees
Coordinating work flow and procedures between Human Resources, Payroll, Employee benefits, and Budget/Bookkeeping
Act as liaison between HR and other offices such as Marketing, Employee Relations , and Finance
Assigning priorities and establishing deadlines
Qualifications
Relevant college degree
Relevant experience in a Human Resources Support Role
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention details
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
