Associa is seeking to hire a dynamic and versatile Regional Human Resources Manager. The scope of responsibility will include these essential duties, but is not limited to the following:
Create and lead employee engagement opportunities to ensure a positive employee experience
Focus on employee morale: provide productive and strategic input for all business decisions, aligning operations goals with people
Assists in delivering new hire onboarding and training programs
Help support new human resources policies and practices
Collaborates with leadership team and proactively proposes solutions
Works with employees and supervisors to research and resolve employee relations issues
Conducts investigations and recommends solutions regarding employee concerns related to work environment and claims of harassment and discrimination
Provides guidance and support to supervisors in all tasks related to performance management
Assists supervisors in selecting and carrying out appropriate methods for correcting performance deficiencies
Serves as an ambassador to the community for our recruiting efforts
Coordinates and administers wellness-related activities and programs
Works with leadership to develop and implement employee development plans
Assists with the Performance Review process
Fosters, manages and facilitates relationships between management and team members to ensure optimal productivity and high team member engagement.
Identifies internal and external employment issues and trends; recommend improvements, efficiencies and training opportunities; assist with training implementation and delivery of training as necessary; support and assist change management activities among departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or a related field preferred
PHR/SHRM-CP designation is strongly encouraged
Minimum 7 years' experience with human resources
Previous supervisory experience required-preferably in managing a remote team
Strong business acumen with the ability to tie diversity, inclusion, and belonging work back to company objectives
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills required.
Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees and managers
High level of proficiency in MS office, including: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Strong competency ofHuman Resource and administrative policies and procedures
Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and ability to take initiative.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team-player, with the ability to motivate others to achieve optimal results
This role is primarily remote; however there will be periodic times of travel which will consist of day visits to other locations and may require an overnight stay.
