HR Technology and Payroll Manager (HRIS Manager)
Doylestown, PA - In-office 1x a week
General Summary of Position: The HRIS & Payroll Manager will provide expertise and strategic leadership for the HR functional areas of payroll, benefits, & compensation to best support our national operations. The Manager will interface with HR colleagues to ensure organizational alignment with our business objectives.
Essential Duties

Oversees and maintains internal database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security (Ultipro/UKG).
Installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades software and applications to meet changing business and technology.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees.
Demonstrates reporting mastery, building adhoc reports & dashboards, proactively anticipating team needs.
Improves transactional efficiencies, documents and updates HR processes and procedures, providing training of staff.
Provides key metrics and data analysis to HR senior management and business partners regarding team performance versus service goals, operational excellence, and recommended actions on areas to continuously improve the employee experience.
Optimize workflow requirements creating automation and reduction of manual processes.
Continuously improve the quality of HR data and the integrity of downstream analytics - ensuring meaningful and trustworthy business metrics.
Oversee payroll function to ensure timely and accurate processing of biweekly and adhoc payroll.
Compares payroll tax returns prepared by A&Ss payroll service vendor. Completes state and SUI tax set-up and employment and industry verifications.
Responsible for administration and management of employee benefits plans and actively researching way to improve employee benefit options.
Act as point person for external audits to include 401(k) audit (Form 5500), external auditors, accounting, and workers compensation insurance.
Evaluating and Improving HR vendor productivity. Other projects and duties as assigned, while following Anthony & Sylvan Pools policies and procedures.
Supervisory/ Management Requirements Directly or indirectly supervises employees.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training and engaging employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Technology, Management or Business Administration; Masters degree in Human Resources Management preferred;
Minimum of 4 years experience/exposure with payroll processing and management
Minimum of 8 years experience in an HRIS role (experience with UltiPro/UKG required);
Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidential information;
Expert competencies in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite;
Strong interpersonal, conceptual, analytical, project management and communication skills coupled with creativity in approach.
Superior oral and written communication skills to effectively present information and respond to questions;

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
