Our client, a rapidly growing distributor of luxury home goods, is seeking a multifaceted HR Manager to join (and grow with!) their team.
You will have much impact on the day to day HR of the company with LOTS of room to grow in the role!
Responsibilities include experience performing and implementing HR functions such as:
Hiring and onboarding
Training and development
Managing employee compliance and performance
Some payroll and compensation/ benefits administration
Conflict resolution for a diverse group of (blue collar and white collar employees)???????
Responds to employees and managers inquiries in a timely manner
Exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information and situations.
Requirements:
4 plus years of progressive HR experience. Experience in an environment such as warehousing or manufacturing preferred
Knowledge of HR practices and compliance as well as best practices of employee attraction / retention
An upbeat and can do attitude (this can't be overstated!)
Strong oral and written communications skills necessary to interact diplomatically and tactfully with diverse groups of people
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
