Position: Assistant Project Manager HR
Location: North Wales, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:

The Project Manager - HR for Global Talent & Leadership (GT&L) supports and facilitates the administration of tactics for global Talent & Leadership Portfolio of offerings
This role will work closely with the GT&L Program Lead (s) and involved program stakeholders (e.g. speakers, external logistics vendors, academic partners) to coordinate, plan and manage key activities

Key Responsibilities include:

Development, planning & scheduling of program logistics;
Contribute to the development of the program communications plan;
Coordinate communications through digital channels
Act as liaison between GT&L and Procurement to oversee end-to-end Procurement processes (including the creation of Purchase Orders and change orders, closing of Purchase Orders, approval of invoices, adding new vendors to Ariba system, and requesting changes to existing vendors)
Address questions pertaining to Procurement processes with team members and suppliers
Track the creation of POs and approval of invoices to ensure budget utilization by year-end
Submit and track survey requests via internal system (Service Now)
Detail oriented reviewing data.
Must be analytic, quick thinker, self -starter, able to work in fast paced environment.

Experience:

Experienced program administrator/project manager with knowledge of the Learning and development space, procurement and financial processes
Prior experience /demonstrated success working with program coordination and project management

Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Laser-focused attention to detail and follow-up
Strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite/ Tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)

Demonstrated ability to work in teams and collaborate / partner with others from across the business

Qualifications:

Longer assignments are preferred, experience in Learning and Development space, excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Project Management Skills a must be able to describe this skill and outline how they collaborated this process on interview.
Written communications skills displaying thoughts and ideas, must have professional demeanour.
Understanding Procurement as far as PO processing.
Associate Degree preferred but experience will out way degree.
Team consists of four that the candidate will interact with daily
