Aspire Staffing Group is assisting a fantastic employer in the Horsham, PA market to help identify a dynamic HR Generalist. A great candidate will be assisting with HR operations and will be working in tandem with meet management on strategic planning & development for the organization. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with growth potential as well!

Direct Hire

The Day-to-Day
Assist HR department with recruiting, training, & onboarding
Assist with benefits enrollments/questions
Conduct audits of all personal files for all employees
Conduct new hire on/offboarding
Coordinate employee events accordingly

Virtual interview with Client directly
