This Human Resources Administrator reports to the HR Employee Services Leader and will support the NAM HR team and its initiatives.


Essential Responsibilities -
As a member of the HR Employee Shared Services team the HR Administrators duties include but are not limited to:

Provide general support including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Filing, and Organization
Manages Confidentiality Agreements
Processes invoices
With guidance from HR Managers, updates Job Descriptions
Manages HR File Room
Manages DocuSign Process for HR
Centralized coordination of HR related legal documents
Coordinates the hard copy I-9 files and assists with related audits and activities
Coordinates transition from paper to electronic filing
Creates and Manages employee data reports supporting both internal requests and external compliance
Researches HR related issues
Assists with special projects and initiatives, including benefits open enrollment

Useful Skills or Abilities

BA with a focus on Human Resource Management is a Plus
Advanced Excel skills including creating Pivot tables and utilizing the V lookup feature is preferred.
Experience processing payroll for mid-size, multi-location, employer
Experience Administering Benefits with an understanding of a variety of benefits plan designs.
Basic understanding of payroll and benefit compliance.
PHR certification is desirable
