Job Title: Director , HR Operations

The Director of HR Operations will be responsible for building out and leading our Global HR Operations team, designing efficient and systematically repeatable processes and ensuring legislative and regulatory compliance.
The Role
Provide strategic guidance to define and implement HR service delivery model for supporting HR inquires and transactions.
Demonstrate consistent Lean leadership in all matters; Evaluate local and regional People processes to drive continuous improvement of the efficiency, effectiveness, and responsiveness of the group; gather and analyze commonalities and differences and implement changes to ensure consistency across the organization.
Own, execute, and develop strategic programs and projects within the HR Operations & Services organization globally.
Influence global HR Operations road-mapping to support long-term service delivery goals.
Implement process improvements, projects, technology, training requirements that improve the employee experience throughout the hire to retire process.
Partner closely with HR Technology & Analytics as well as cross functionally to drive functional improvements for employees and managers.
Lead/support complex, cross-functional HR projects related to mergers and acquisitions, and company re-organizations.
Identify opportunities for integration, automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across HR, Finance, and Legal on implementation of solutions.
Perform regular business process reviews to validate data accuracy and integrity of all HR Systems.
Define KPI frameworks, manage external vendor relations and ensure that performance expectations are being met
The Candidate
8+ years of demonstrated success in HR operations or similar role with experience managing teams.
Strong understand of Workday HCM
Track record of developing and managing HR programs, policies, and processes and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organization skills, extremely high level of attention to detail, and ability to prioritize actions.
Strong management skills instilling trust and credibility while developing and coaching team members.
Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
