JOB FUNCTION/ PURPOSE
HR/Recruiting Associate is responsible for providing accurate, timely support to the Corporate Recruiting function.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that all Recruiting related administration is completed accurately and on-time. This includes offer letters, background checks and communication with candidates and new hires.
Manages data and processes in various systems to ensure accuracy.
Works closely with Human Resources, HRIS and Payroll administration
Produces email communications to new hires and hiring managers.
Tracks all recruiting activity from offer through hire.
Assists in preparing and distributing employee communications
Provides advice and guidance to all levels of employee on issues related to Recruiting.
Interprets company policies, procedures and programs to ensure uniform application
Works with outside vendors in area of responsibility to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
Understands and adheres to all company health and safety procedures as they relate to the essential job functions

QUALIFICATIONS

Organizational skills
Attention to detail
High level of communication skills
Working knowledge of HR and Microsoft software
Knowledge of payroll practices and systems
Must be a self-starter and able to deal effectively with confidential and sensitive information
Working knowledge of employment law in own country, ideally globally
Must be able to travel daily to sites and accommodate occasional overnight travel

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Degree or equivalent and typically one to three years experience in a Generalist role. Demonstrates required skills or experience on core competencies in accordance with the Inframark HR Competency Framework.
CERTIFICATE, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid drivers license
PHR/CIPD preferred
