Schedule: Tues-Fri 10am-7pm & Sat 8am-1pm
Bilingual Spanish Candidates Strongly Preferred!
Candidate should be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess good organizational and communication skills. Individual should be able to function well in a multi-task environment with attention to detail, and willing to accept new and diverse assignments. Candidate must be able to work with all organizational levels including fellow-employees, customers, and management.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Assists HR leadership team with managing and resolving employee relations issues.
Assists with employee investigations.
Assists with new hire onboarding.
Works closely with management team to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Maintain staffing rosters.
Filing of documents into personnel files.
Assisting with Kronos reconciliations.
Manage Employee Attendance Hotline
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Must be able to work overtime as required
All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager

Knowledge, Experience & Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite.
High ethical standards, integrity, and adherence to confidentiality.
Must be detail orientated.

Physical Requirements:

Stand / walk for an extended time period
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes and weights up to 55 pounds
Operate warehouse equipment as required for position (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker) which requires coordinated movements
