Responsibilities:

Assess and respond to colleague questions and inquiries. This includes triaging the request, researching options, providing compliant and consistent answers, and engaging appropriate subject matter experts as needed.
Coordinate and execute various HR processes including, but not limited to, onboarding/offboarding, leave of absence case management, sales credentialing, VISA/immigration case management, relocation processing, and employment verification.
Maintain compliant electronic and manual employee records. Conduct periodic audits and compliance checks to ensure written HR processes are being appropriately utilized.
Proficient with Workday standard reporting; partner with HRIS to produce and distribute requested reports.
Provide general administrative support to the HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence teams through participation in project work, and report and document generation as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years Human Resources Coordinator experience, preferably in a Shared Services organization supporting multiple functions/disciplines.
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient with MS office suite and HRIS (Workday experience preferred)
High attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality
Ability to work with minimal supervision.

This role is hybrid between Princeton, NJ and remote
