This role requires a mid level experience candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the HRBP role This will be a fulltime role, hybrid model (3 days onsite & 2 days remote).
Looking for local candidates from the tristate area. Team Human Resources. We are seeking an experienced Talent Management Specialist with Business Partnering background to support our NAG, Generics business. This role will report to Lead HR Capability Building & Business Partnering - NAG.


Key Responsibilities Talent Management:


Drive talent review discussions with stakeholders to identify key talent, run competency mapping exercise, map and identify gaps against ideal role profile and partner with L&D to develop those competencies.
Identify and build on diverse & robust succession pipeline for critical roles; partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and build external pipeline for critical roles.
Lead Corporate driven agenda for NAG on capability and leadership development for NAG . Partner with Managers to identify and implement role rotation and internal movements.
Create & discuss career maps and engage key talent identified on process and execution.


HR Business Partner:


Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders for identified business units and address business priorities and challenges from HR perspective .Drive workforce planning and organization design for assigned business units; provide guidance and support towards business goals and productivity.
Drive employee engagement efforts to build collaborative teams and increase employee morale.
Design retention measures; analyze and provide inputs from exit interviews . Ongoing review of jobs and job holder to assess changing dynamics and partner with L&D and Talent Acquisition teams and provide necessary data to bridge gaps if any.
Support stakeholders towards mid-year and annual performance review process; facilitate and guide towards promotion process.
Provide oversight towards onboarding process and ensure seamless transition into role for new hires . Facilitate and support Graduate internship process.
Provide counsel on performance improvement plans; identify development needs and ensure interventions are in place by providing inputs to L&D team locally and at Corporate level.
Design, customize and facilitate training programs based on requirements.


Qualifications / Skills:


7+ years of experience in HR function with minimum 3 years in HR Business Partner role.
Experience in design and implementation of talent management framework.
Self-starter with ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate cross functionally and across broader organization.
Must be a awful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
