The incumbent will work with stakeholders across 4 regions to plan, execute, and maintain Quality Luminaries Program, which is a holistic Quality and Compliance (Q&C) technical training program based on the tenants of Q&C, with the objective of providing our employees with a broad-based understanding of technology, regulatory requirements, and application. Key quality systems in scope are:

Auditing
Product release (based on regional requirements Quality Person approach)
Deviation and Investigations
Escalations / Quality Review Board (QRB)
Laboratory Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
And others

Responsibilities:

Form Governance Model comprises structure, oversight responsibilities and infrastructure (procedures, reporting and communication, and technology).
Establish working team and detailed project plan.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and/or Voice of Customer (VOC) sessions to perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and to identify required knowledge and skill to support the business.
Define relevant training modules/topics based on the outcome of TNA, and lead program design and development, including engaging external consultant/vendor for the developmental work.
Perform cost estimation and track spending.
Execute training program, including internal and external trainer engagement. May be required to deliver training sessions.
Drive change management.

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelors Degree
Minimum 8 years working in a GMP environment, preferably in manufacturing facilities
Strong GMP knowledge and experience, preferably with direct experience in handling regulatory inspection.
Experience in leading cross-regional/functional/cultural teams
Good understanding of Adult Learning Principles, preferably certified adult trainer though not mandatory.
Prior experience with instructional design, preferably certified instructional designer though not mandatory

Preferred:

6-sigma green belt certification is preferred.
ASQ Certified as manager or auditor is preferred
Competency in second language is an advantage.

Other:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $93,000 to $139,000.
The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside of the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.
