Our Wyncote campus is seeking a full time Recruitment Coordinator!
*Requirements: *
Minimum one (1) year of experience in talent acquisition / recruitment field preferred
B.A. or B.S. degree in a related field of study preferred
Excellent communication skills, highly organized, ability to multi-task, strong computer skills
General Responsibilities:
Actively source, interview and screen candidates for a variety of positions
Effectively and efficiently work with managers to provide qualified candidates
Coordinate and oversee the offer process including drafting and presenting offer letters, running background checks and checking references
Create and build relationships with local colleges, trade schools and community avenues to enhance recruiting efforts, attend off site career fairs
Cold call local and non-local talent to seek out opportunities to source passive candidates
Serve as a dedicated point of contact for candidates as they go through the recruiting process
Work collaboratively with the Human Resources department to meet department objectives
Organize the collection of employee information in an efficient and logical manner that meets regulatory requirements.
