Job Duties:
Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define the job description and hiring plan for any recruitment process
Use data to identify parts of the recruiting process that can be optimized or made more efficient and work cross-functionally toward resolving them.
Conduct interviews where requested, especially initial phone screens
Contribute to interviewer training sessions
Ensure communication process and follow up on the implementation of the companys strategy
Manage office supplies inventory
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail.
Coordinate building and equipment repairs
Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
Prepare letters and reports as needed
Manage and coordinate report generation from ADP (HRIS System); ensure the up-to-date accuracy of employee information within ADP HRIS system
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in administrative support role preferred.
An Associate's or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
Willingness to physically work in the office when the Seminary is open.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to demonstrate professional appearance, demeanor, maturity, and poise in responding to event and program participants, faculty, staff, and students.
Ability to work cooperatively with others.
Use exceptional organizational and time management skills to complete work with accuracy and keen attention to detail.
Ability to take the initiative, beself-motivated, and function autonomously.
Competence with multiple platforms or willingness to learn Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.....), databases, and other media as needed.
Flexibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,200.00 - $41,600.00 per year
