Description:


Support building out and maintaining an HRIS system
Manage shared HR mailboxes responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Provide front line assistance on site in the HR department; triage questions and respond to basic inquires
Ensure all HR files are in compliance and meet employment standards;
Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodations, Transportation and Logistics, and other necessary arrangements;
Create and manage travel reporting through the travel platform
Research and compare prices, availability, and quality of travel options such as flights, hotels, and car rentals to secure the best rates and accommodations;
Maintain corporate relationships with travel partners
Other administrative HR tasks as assigned
Requirements:


3+ years of HR experience
Advanced knowledge of HRIS system
Flexible and detail-oriented
Demonstrate ability to problem solve and take initiative to support employees and the team
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills with internal teams and external stakeholders
