Collage Rehabilitation Partners is looking for a Full Time Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist to join our outstanding team in our corporate office in Paoli, PA. Collage Rehabilitation Partners is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty and ethics in the treatment of our clients and each other. For more than 35 years, weve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries. Our CARF accredited, post acute residential, vocational and outpatient programs are offered in the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh regions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Louisiana and Maryland, Georgia, North Carolina, Virgina, Texas, Utah, Colorado, and California



Schedule: Hybrid/Office - 2 days a week in the corporate office, 3 days remote

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for orchestrating key aspects of the companys recruiting function through developing and executing innovative and effective recruiting strategies that meet the ongoing staffing needs of the organization, while ensuring compliance with all applicable internal policies and employment related industry and regulatory requirements. Manages and coaches Recruitment Specialists and oversees companys financial recruitment resources. This position would need to be flexible on hours as to help support our western states.


Essential Duties & Functions

Develops and drives applicant generation strategies in an effort to engage passive and hard to find candidates.
Develops connections with and effectively source talent through numerous channels including social media outlets and other potential online resources.
Works with the Vice President of Human Resources to develop systems and processes to track and measure the impact of recruiting strategies and initiatives.
Recruits, sources and/or provides assistance to candidates for designated positions through internet search engines/job boards, college job listings, networking, direct recruiting, referrals, and social media outlets.
Devises and executes tactical sourcing and recruiting initiatives aimed at generating a sufficient applicant pipeline and sustained candidate flow to meet the current staffing needs and future talent acquisition objectives of the organization.
Develops employment branding and company awareness strategies for the organization.
Attends Quarterly Regional Recruitment meetings as a subject matter expert and owner to drive, enhance, and improve talent acquisition efforts.
May attend Quarterly Operations Meetings as an active participant in developing and improving HR/Operations policies and procedures.
Reviews resumes and completes phone screening processes and initial on-site or virtual interviews for job applicants; screens resumes and tracks potential employees
Provides exceptional customer service to applicants and candidates throughout the recruitment and consideration process.
Communicates with hiring managers and/or candidates frequently to relay the status of searches, candidate progress, etc; leads the Recruitment function to provide regular internal status reports and recruiting process updates to management and the HR team on a regular basis.
Strengthens and develops relationships to secure opportunities for providing recruitment in new areas or in untapped capacities
Keeps abreast of all available position openings and potential future opportunities in all programs.
Works with Recruitment team to ensure that job openings are posted in all programs and seeks approval for the placement of external job advertisements as needed.
Sends offer letters and rejection letters as needed; completes required background/reference checks on prospective employees based upon an applicants status.
With the Recruitment teams support, oversees the companys internship sourcing, selection and onboarding process.
Manages relationships with vendors providing temporary and contract staff throughout the organization, by reviewing contract agreements, fee structures and ensuring all staffing related compliance standards are maintained.
Assists with evaluating HR practices and works to improve ReMed policies and procedures.
Serves as back-up to HR team during New Employee Orientation.
Along with other members of HR, responsible for auditing program personnel files.
Participates in project work and assignments as required.
Handles other duties as assigned by the VP of Human Resources

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree and 2-5 years of progressive corporate and/or agency recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume, healthcare environment is required. Demonstrated success in recruiting passive candidates for hard to fill positions and experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and innovative techniques (i.e., Internet Search, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, LinkedIn, Facebook, community-based resources and networks, etc.) is necessary. Experience organizing, managing, tracking and measuring activity/performance and applicant flow is also required. Qualified candidates should have a relentless hunter mentality with excellent planning, organizational, time management, MS Office/computer, and communication skills are required.
