As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for US Radiology Specialists. Our Recruiter role is responsible for high volume recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions within our Outpatient Imaging Facilities. You will be responsible for the full cycle of recruiting including all hiring activities from advertising open roles to sourcing and interviewing candidates and offering positions. Other responsibilities include the management of reporting, tracking, and other metrics activities using our internal applicant tracking system.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Work with Human Resources team and hiring managers to lead recruitment efforts
Be a strategic advisor to the business while serving as a subject matter expert on recruitment strategies
Lead both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning succession planning and leadership development)
Develop and deploy aggressive recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
Educate candidates on benefits, salary, and environment
Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers and HR team with hiring and employment data
Build trusted and long-term relationships with hiring managers and coach them on hiring best practices
Develops knowledge of current marketplace and trends to ensure competitive hiring and retention
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
Establish and maintain relationships with local schools and technical programs
Conducts strategic Recruiter activities including attending / coordinating job fairs, conferences, on-campus and other special events. Maintains memberships in / rapport with professional associations
Use Ceridian Dayforce HCM recruiting module to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding
Maintain relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process
Assist HR staff with onboarding

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/Licensing/Certification:


Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Experience:


3-5 years proven experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Experience with high volume Recruiting
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Ability to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Previous experience conducting data analysis/metric reporting
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
Experience working with senior level leaders on strategic approaches to talent acquisition and retention
Excellent communicator
Well-organized
A leader and strategic thinker

Knowledge and Skills:


Knowledge of current Talent Acquisition strategies and trends
General knowledge of functional HR areas - talent acquisition, employee relations, leave management, compensation, benefits, performance management, orientation, etc.
Knowledge of current federal and state employment related laws and guidelines
