Position Overview
The Talent Management Coordinator will support AION Management with organizing and facilitating our company's recruiting and onboarding processes and procedures for new hires.
The Talent Management Coordinator will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to perform various operational/administrative activities related to sourcing and identifying candidates through closing, including onboarding and ongoing support throughout the new hire process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities



Process and maintain all organizational offerings, promotion, transfer, and salary change letters, collaborating directly with Human Resources leadership on approval and distribution.
Manages all activity related to background checks and drug screens and ownership of the communication to a vendor, candidates, hiring managers, and talent team associated with the clearance status of both.
Assist in managing the interview process, including scheduling, interviewing, and coordinating onboarding processes. Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates through the interview process.
Provides interview scheduling support for hiring activities related to interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and all other participants of the interview process.
Source applicants from resume databases, job postings, and social networking sites. Cold calling and contact with potential applicants are required.
Conduct onboarding of newly hired employees, including tracking, gathering (if needed), and filing all "paperwork" k related to new hires, including the I9. Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in UKG.
Serve as the primary point of contact, upon pass off from Talent Team to Learning and Development Team, for new hires supplying details about the organization, first day/weeks, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes according to the work location.
Coordinate with the hiring manager and learning and development team to ensure preparation and the plan for the new hires' first day/weeks.
Audit employee files to ensure compliance.
Ensures recruitment practices follow company policies and procedures and applicable employment law (e.g., EEOC).
Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience



Associate or bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field required.
Two or more years of related experience in the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Human Resources, preferably within a multi-family housing environment or hospitality industry.
Sense of urgency and ability to manage a high volume of requisitions focused on outstanding service levels.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and effectively establish priorities.
Ability to adapt to changes in a rapidly growing company.
A high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities. Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all personnel records and information.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, integrated, and team-based environment.
Strong attention to detail with a strategic mindset to make recommendations and enhance processes.
Demonstrated technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other HRIS systems, including UKG Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
