Under general direction of the Director Compensation & Talent Management, you will be responsible for providing support to our Talent Management and Compensation functions through developing reports, process administration, and coordinating special projects. Using your strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills, you will curate data, providing analysis and creative problem-solving to complex and ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities:

Talent Management


Develops analyses and reports to measure, evaluate, and communicate the effectiveness of talent management, organizational effectiveness programs, and training initiatives.
Administers the discipline and annual performance review processes in PeopleSoft HRIS, which includes maintaining/validating system data, troubleshooting system issues, and identifying process improvements. Maintains user procedures and documentation.
Assists in the creation and analysis of employee directed surveys (i.e. new hires, terminations, target job groups, etc.) as well as an annual engagement survey.





Compensation


Prepares compensation related reports, analysis, and documentation.
Assists with the administration of the Sales Commission Plan by processing monthly commissions and adjustments, maintaining/validating system data, troubleshooting system issues, and identifying process improvements.
Assists with the administration of the annual merit increase process in PeopleSoft HRIS, which includes system set-up, testing, validation, and upload. Works with the Information Services group to resolve data and programming issues as well as system upgrades and enhancements.
Coordinates the severance process which includes creating agreements, letters, and adverse action and other reports.
Participates in the review and ongoing development of job descriptions. Responsible for the up-keep of an organized system to maintain job descriptions, associated market pricing methodology and communication files.
Conducts job analysis on new or restructured jobs determining appropriate grade assignments to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Conducts periodic audits of position classifications for governmental compliance.
Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:


BS/BA degree; preferably in Business, Psychology or Human Resources or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience preferably focused on Compensation and/or Talent Management.
Strong computer skills, especially proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and PeopleSoft or similar HR Information System (includes queries and report writing).
