Senior Talent Management Partner
The Senior Talent Management Partner will play a critical role in the execution of the DLL Integrated Talent Strategy to ensure we have an actionable internal pipeline to meet the current and future needs. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent, he/she/they will be a part of a Global Talent team which ensures that DLL has the right talent in the right roles with the right capabilities to successfully meet business needs. Global Talent is collectively responsible for developing and executing an integrated talent strategy in support of our business strategy.
This role will lead Talent Management delivery efforts that include bringing external perspectives on leadership development and talent management as well as leveraging & co-designing innovative talent management solutions which set new standards for talent and business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a highly collaborative global HR team. This role plays a key role on the Global Talent leadership team. The ability to build strong and credible partnerships with HR and the business will be critical to success as DLL prides itself in being a networked, collaborative organization.
Day to Day


Develop, guide, and manage the implementation of talent management programs and initiatives
Partners with the CoE leaders and HRBPs to design, develop and implement performance management, succession management, career development, capabilities, workforce planning, on-boarding and off-boarding solutions to improve and manage the full lifecycle of talent
Designs a holistic system and calendar for talent reviews that delivers meaningful insights on critical talent issues
Develops programs for identified high potentials in close collaboration with Learning & Development
Assist in building plans to integrate our culture, leadership principles and talent frameworks into talent solutions.
Leverage talent management tools, methodologies, and principles to improve benchmarking, evaluation, forecasting, decision-making, and management of talent.
Provide data driven talent insights to inform decision making and build a talent bench and pipeline
Partners with global COEs and key HR and business leaders to establish talent management standards and metrics and drives accountability across the businesses
Builds innovative, scalable talent assessment and review mechanisms to grow and retain critical leader talent, including rotating senior leader talent into hard to fill critical, global roles
Builds a strong and diverse leadership and talent bench and pipeline
Builds a holistic approach to employee surveys, including engagement, pulse and Great Place to Work

Essentials


Bachelors Degree or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of experience leading the creation and/or implementation of Talent Management or related HR solutions including experience leading cross functional, global projects
Excellent business acumen and ability to understand how talent management drives business outcomes
Proven ability to develop talent tools and programs that align to business needs and accelerate development of high potentials
Experience in talent analysis, translating talent data, and developing and aligning solutions to organization needs
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills to evaluate business issues, apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions, and the ability to design programs to address and respond to these challenges
Collaborator that has the ability work across large global organizations
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in a global matrixed organization to move toward a common vision or goal
Strong consulting, strategic thinking and leadership skills balanced with the ability to execute a strategy
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and intervention skills
Adept at handling sensitive information and confidential situations
Strong data driven, business writing skills

Preferred qualifications:

Masters degree in business, human resources or related major
Experience working in financial services industry
Global HRBP or Change Management experience
Experience in implementation of systems
Experience with DE&I

Travel Requirements:

Up to 15% domestic and international travel
