The purpose of the Talent Advisory Team in the Asset and Wealth Management Talent Institute is to enhance teamwork, leadership and organization culture to develop engage and retain talent. As a Talent Advisor, you will partner with the Talent Institute heads and Human Resources Business Advisors to advise our business leaders on people strategies and design and implement solutions that strengthen employee engagement, growth, impact and productivity.
Job Responsibilities:

Partner with HRBAs and business leaders to define, prioritize, expedite and achieve strategic talent development objectives aligned to business objectives
Collaborate with the AWM TI Leads, HRBAs and business leaders to identify current and future needs of the AWM business and design and deliver solutions for high potential/top talent employees.
Designing and facilitate organizational development solutions for senior leaders and their teams including team development, change management, one on one executive and team coaching
Design, support and delivery of AWM TI priorities across all TI disciplines and support of firmwide HR initiatives
Provide executive coaching support of Leadership Edge leadership training

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


Minimum 8 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning or HR Business Advisor experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in a related discipline
Strong consultative skills: ability to understand and analyze business and talent needs
Proven instructional design skills
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for large and small groups, both in person and virtual
Strong partnership and collaborative skills while also being able to expedite independent initiatives and projects
Experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:


Experience working with senior internal clients; demonstrated track record of influencing senior stakeholders with strong points of view
Strong project management, time management and organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with key partners and stakeholders
Experienced executive coach; qualifications in psychometric tolls a plus e.g., Hogan, DiSC, Firo-B
