Senior Talent Management Consultant - Talent for the Talent Management Department working out of Morristown NJ.


***Role is hybrid (three days in the office and two days work from home)***
Responsibilities:
AHS Talent Management is a team of leadership, learning, and organizational development experts partnering to develop and deliver talent strategies that support AHSs system-wide goals.

The AHS Senior Talent Management Consultant will partner with the Talent Managements leadership, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on the strategic direction, design, support, and management of enterprise talent management processes including Learning and Development, Talent Assessments, Performance Management, Succession Planning, leader and team member onboarding, Team Development and the use of Talent Analytics tools and resources.

The Senior Talent Management Consultant will be expected to play a role across all aspects of Talent Management but will have a focus on future-focused talent pipeline needs and solutions including but not limited to Succession Planning, Talent Assessment and Performance Management (Annual Reviews, Goal Setting).

Essential Function/Responsibilities:

Partners with Sr. leadership, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and consults with internal business leaders (clients) to understand needs/strategy and implements relevant talent management processes, tools, resources, and solutions. These processes could include performance management, key talent/high potential development, leadership development and/or coaching, succession planning, and talent pipeline management.
Acts as an internal consultant to establish and execute talent practices that align with our internal goals and drive talent decisions to support those across the system.
Consults with business leaders on succession and bench planning. Makes recommendations and provides expert guidance and expertise.
Leads the execution of each talent process by setting and tracking deadlines and deliverables with stakeholders.
Drives the continual improvement of the talent assessment process to ensure consistency across all sites.
Participates in the development and upgrade of measurements and metrics to drive talent management effectiveness.
Develops toolkits, materials and resources that support leaders across the system.
Supports leader transitions to new or expanded roles, ensuring a positive and constructive experience. Facilitates New Leader Assimilation sessions to effectively acclimate Managers to their team and AHS.
Facilitates leadership development training sessions in multiple formats to include Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) formats.
Provides reporting on program effectiveness, present information to team and other stakeholders; provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results achieved.
Develops and implements effective internal marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal communications on necessary projects
Creates and maintains internal program websites with relevant content.
Provides project management support for talent management initiatives such as orientation, team development, leadership development facilitation and design.
Adopts and modernize all programs continuously to adjust to and capitalize on the evolving environment, including organizational changes, industry shifts, external events, technological advancements, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:


Bachelors degree in Organizational Learning, Human Resources, or related discipline


Minimum Experience:


Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional level experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development with a concentration on Performance Management, Succession Planning and talent pipeline management.

Qualifications:

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills as well as self-awareness around interpersonal skills
Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver content to a diverse, professional audience
Ability to communicate with leaders across all levels
Knowledge around best-in-class talent trends
Experience working with Oracle Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus
