Position Summary

Nirvana MedSpa is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Specialist to support daily data management, reporting, record maintenance, and administrative operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate information across company systems, reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, preparing reports, and assisting internal teams with data-related requests.

This is a full-time remote position available to qualified candidates working from United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, organize, and maintain company data and records.
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Perform data validation and identify discrepancies or missing information.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports using spreadsheets and company systems.
  • Maintain electronic files and documentation according to company procedures.
  • Assist with data cleanup, database updates, and record reconciliation.
  • Research information and verify data from approved sources.
  • Work with internal departments to resolve data issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  • Meet established deadlines and productivity standards.
  • Follow company procedures for data security and quality control.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, technology, data management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data administration, records management, or a related position preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comparable spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to learn and work effectively with databases and business software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote-work environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM, ERP, database, or records-management systems.
  • Experience creating spreadsheets and basic reports.
  • Familiarity with data quality and reconciliation procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
