Trax Partners Personal Assistant

Trax Partners, based in Lambertville, NJ, is seeking a part time personal assistant to assist across its businesses. Trax Partners is a family office based in Philadelphia. We are a team of experienced entrepreneurs and business operators with a proven track record of success across multiple markets including real estate, digital, automotive and finance. We are focused on greatly expanding our real estate business with aggressive acquisition targets in/around the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

- Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.

- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs.

2. Building/ Home Management:

- Oversee Quarterly checks with providers, Hvac, Well, Water, etc.

- Coordinate with service providers (e.g., cleaners, gardeners, roofers).

- Communicate with homeowners and or tenants regarding maintenance.

3. Personal Tasks:

- Run personal errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and dry cleaning.

- Arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and ground Transportation and Logistics.

- Manage tasks related to vehicle maintenance and management.

4. Executive Assistance:

- Assist with business-related tasks, including document preparation and research.

- Coordinate with business contacts and manage professional relationships.

- Administer holiday gifts approach and selected event planning.

- Initiate background checks for potential new hires and sending equipment.

5. Project Management:

- Oversee and manage specific projects, both personal and professional.

- Ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed efficiently.

- Selling items on Marketplaces.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or relevant administrative role.

2. Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).

3. Personal Attributes:

- High level of discretion and confidentiality.

- Flexibility and adaptability to handle a range of different tasks.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

4. Availability:

- Flexible schedule, including availability for travel or overtime when necessary.

- Ability to be based in Lambertville, NJ in an office for a minimum of 4 days per week.

- Available between the hours of 9:30a - 2:30p daily (including 1 hour lunch break)

5. Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform errands, which may involve physical activities like lifting and driving.

- DriverÆs license and background check required.

- Fluent in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
