Job Highlights



Manage the Liquid Purification Technologies (LPT) Sales organization within North America to meet Business Unit (BU) goals and KPI targets.
Define and implement regional Sales strategy in alignment with Global Head of Sales to deliver the BU LPT Strategy
Manage regional budget planning and achievement (turnover/cost), implement regional guidelines set by the Global Head Of Sales, including rolling forecast accuracy, customer relationships and development of key projects, including some Global Accounts on a case to case basis.
Lead the Sales Organization by example. Ensure and increase the profitability of the BU LPT in North America
Manage people development and succession planning processes, and promote effective team work by good communication, motivation, delegation and encouragement, ensuring our Performance culture is at the center of our activity.
Collaborate with the Global Head Of Sales and with our Territory Managers to achieve organizational goals.
To expand our customer base and achieve the sales targets of the region.
Responsible for managing and overseeing day to day operations and ensuring operational excellence in performance targets at all levels, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, HSEQ, Lab Operations and Site Management including complying with Regulatory and State and Federal Regulations and Permits.





Requirements



More than 10 years of Chemical Sales experience & Leadership.
Experience with Chemical Sales and Marketing and in leading a multi faceted organizations .
Must demonstrate prior experience in Site Management, HSEQ, Customer Service/Supply Cain and Lab Operations while simultaneously managing a diverse remote sales team of and managing and reaching sales targets .
Technical or Business bachelorÆs & masterÆs degree or equivalent experience required. Business Administration or Chemistry preferred.
Fluent in English (oral and written), Excellent written and verbal presentation skills;
Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
Must demonstrate exceptional leadership skills in management of a multi-national sales team.
Understand customer needs, market trends, key customers (on a global point of view), raw materials and formulations.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
