We are looking for a talented
Technical Sales Manager, who will play a pivotal role in leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our environmentally controlled test chambers business by providing technical leadership, strategic guidance, and exceptional sales management expertise. Main Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team

Technical Expertise:

Develop a deep understanding of our environmentally controlled systems and chambers, as well as the industries and applications they serve
Provide technical support and guidance to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to clients

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners
Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Technical Quoting:

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate and competitive technical quotes for clients
Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure that quotes align with technical specifications and production capabilities

Sales Processes and CRM Management:

Establish and optimize sales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency in the sales cycle
Adhere to the established sales process, including the effective use of CRM software for pipeline management, forecasting, and customer relationship tracking

Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies based on market insights and customer feedback

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

Monitor sales performance and maintain accurate sales records
Generate regular reports and forecasts for senior management


Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (engineering, science, etc.) is preferred
Proven experience in technical sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex product specifications
Experience in account management and technical quoting
Proficiency in creating and adhering to sales processes, including CRM software
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
Experience in industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment is a plus
