Primary Function




The Sr Sales Support Specialist provides support to the DTC Call Center staff and senior management through a variety of day-to-day activities. The Sr Sales Support Specialist will provide guidance and support to sales with processing applications in compliance with Policies and Procedures and general workflow issues. Track inquiries to assist and analyze the identification of training gaps. This position also has responsibility to assist sales in process perform reviews for adherence with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) policies.





Primary Function



Field inquiries from Sales related to failures identified by Mavent.
Manage, Support and guide sales with any Mavent issues to ensure applications are disclosed/re disclosed in timely fashion.
Assist sales team members with submissions to Underwriting.
Assist Sales Support, Business Operations and Compliance in identifying Policy and Procedure gaps.
Support Sales Management in new hire development opportunities and training.
Represent Sales on special projects.
Conduct testing of new systems and processes.
Provide support to the DTC Sales Call Center through project focused responsibilities and other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Responsible for end-to-end assessments that identify operational and regulatory risks in addition to operational process gaps.
Responsible for end-to-end workflow creation, preparation, and upkeep for all processes within Direct-to-Consumer Sales Support Division.
Assists in developing and maintaining Process, Policy and Procedures related to Sales Support functions.
Provides support for division-wide programs and special projects through research, idea generation, presentation development and execution.
Assists with training and development of Sales Support Team.



Education and Experience Requirements



NMLS license required
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years previous work experience in Mortgage industry sales, processing, or underwriting

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
