The primary focus of the SSM is new revenue creation and increasing market share. The SSM will develop business by executing the companyÆs pipeline development strategy, and by identifying and pursuing new client prospects.

Responsibilities

The SSM is responsible for new business prospecting activities, in conjunction with LSA's lead generation initiatives, to generate qualified new logo opportunities.
The SSM is responsible for maintaining or exceeding company targets for pipeline development and revenue generation.
The SSM is responsible for managing his/her accounts at a high level and to engage other departments as needed.
The SSM is responsible for working with various teams within the organization to establish pricing, deliver completed projects, compile necessary information for proposals and responses to RFPÆs, work through client issues and assist with client conflict resolution.
The SSM is responsible for articulating the companyÆs unique value message to clients, prospects and peers.
The SSM maintains an updated database of prospects, client contacts and all appropriate activities, opportunities and contact history in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Performs other duties as assigned.
