Position Summary Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will generate sales for our residential lawn care services through both inbound and outbound contacts, primarily working with our existing customers. Serving as a key customer contact and consultant, you'll recommend solutions, quote, and sell services. Achieving specific sales goals monthly/quarterly, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best solutions for their outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Initiate outbound sales calls to introduce and upsell our lawn care services.
Build rapport, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
Effectively communicate the value proposition, highlighting benefits.
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve targets.
Answer questions, quote services, and negotiate with prospects and customers.
Generate additional revenue through cross-selling and up-selling.
Collect customer contact and payment information.
Communicate and collaborate with customer service and field technicians for additional business opportunities.

Qualifications:

Previous inside sales experience/consultative sales skills.
Knowledge of selling techniques and ability to find sales opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Service Titan Experience a plus
