Join our team as a Sales Representative at Boost Mobile, where you'll be the face of our company! In this role, you'll provide top-notch customer service, assisting customers in selecting the best wireless products and services to meet their needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Educating customers on product features, benefits, pricing plans, and promotions.
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
Ensuring store shelves are stocked and displays are well-maintained.
Participating in promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
Reporting daily sales performance to management.
Must-have Qualifications and Requirements for Sales Representative
Customer Service Skill: Candidates must be adept at handling customer queries and providing high-quality service.
Communication Skills: Essential for explaining products, handling queries, and effectively communicating with a diverse customer base.
Sales Skill: Ability to persuade and close sales, fundamental for a sales role.
Bilingual (English and Spanish): Preferred to significantly enhance customer interaction, especially in diverse communities.
Flexibility: Candidates should be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and be on call to cover for other coworkers as needed.
High School Diploma or Equivalent: A basic educational foundation for the role.
