At our Point-of-Sale Parts Counter you are the front line of our business model, providing walk-in customers with the service and solutions they deserve. There will be daily interactions with most members of our team to solve immediate issues and help determine solutions to our growing needs. Provides our customers with the products they want and the answers they need, by providing Extreme Customer Service.
Solves client problems, finds solutions, and maximizes sales and profitability potential.
Builds and maintains relationships with diversified customer base (homeowners, contractors, businesses, and industrial establishments)
Actively sells our products and services offered using professional techniques.
Adds value to the products we offer, while continually providing complete customer satisfaction.
Works through objections to complete the entire sales process, including service after the sale.
Sourcing, Quoting, Providing information, Learning new products, following up, and collecting payment.

We work best with versatile people who can learn fast, think on their feet, and can quickly become competent in the way we currently do things so as to help us do them better.

Excellent Communication, Organization, and People skills
Experience in achieving a high-level of Customer Satisfaction
Strong Knowledge of the Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, Fire Suppression, or Kitchen & Bath industry
Ability to consistently identify opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
Follow-Up and Follow-Through

Common sense!
Punctuality, Responsibility, Positive Energy,
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook

Compensation Package: This is a Full-Time Position, Monday û Friday, with some Saturdays. Our benefits include:Vacation days,sick days, Paid Holidays, Medical Insurance plans, 401K retirement plan with Company Match & Company Profit Sharing program.
