The sales representative is results-driven, and engages with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs. You will provide appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Representative:
Present and promote Victory products using our presentation and knowledge to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule; exceed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements of Sales Representative:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales and customer service
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the homeowners' needs
Relationship management skills and ability to take constructive criticism
