Care Specialist
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
- Process cash transactions and handle cash with accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is required
- Strong technical sales skills, with the ability to effectively sell products and services
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
- Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate product information to customers
