Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30pm
Work Setting: Hybrid position. When not working from home, candidate will be traveling to clients homes in Southern Montgomery Country: including Dresher, Abington, Jenkintown, Horsham, Hatboro, Elkins Park, Oreland, Huntington Valley, and Ft. Washington
What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain positive and healthy relationships with clients and their families through quality assurance visits, phone calls, and special events.
Plan and execute a schedule that ensures each client has at least one quality assurance every 30 - 60 days.
Meet with potential clients and family members to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a Care Consultation.
Communicate effectively with professional partners to coordinate various aspects of a clientÆs care.
Conduct client and CP introductions as scheduled.
Provide community education regarding senior care issues and resources.

What You Need:

3+ years of experience in the Senior Care or Health Care Industry.
The ability to work independently in a field position, with a self-starting, upbeat, positive, go-getter attitude.
A vehicle to get to clients in Montgomery County
Excellent organizational skills, problem solving skills, and customer service.
Team player attitude
A warm, friendly, compassionate demeanor with elderly clients.
