WE WILL TRAIN & CERTIFY DIRECT CARE WORKER. PROOF OF COVID VACCINE MANDATORY
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations. Perform various Care Assistant duties as directed. It is understood that Aide Assistants will receive education in procedures, product applications, and techniques required as part of orientation to the Department.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES include
1. Receive job assignment from Med Tech and/or Charge Nurse.
2. Understand & respect residents rights.
3. Assist in maintaining the residents room.
4. Assisting is all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing
5. Attend various meetings and in-service programs
6. Perform light housekeeping chores
7. Assist in meal delivery
PROOF OF COVID VACCINE MANDATORY. Must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. High School Diploma (GED or equivalent) required
Must be able to effectively read, write, speak and understand the English language.
