At Caldera Care, we have openings throughout Washington Sate and we are currently seeking an EXPERIENCED FT Nursing Home Administrator to work alongside our FEARLESS Director of Nursing in order to help make our skilled nursing center a pillar of quality care for our community, residents and staff. Responsibilities:

Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary action
Accounts Receivable functions
Participates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)
Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenue
Labor and Workforce Planning: follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirements
Manage supervision of Resident Trust accounts
Risk Management and Safety program management
Complies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc.

Qualifications:

Must have valid WA NHA license
Prior experience working as an Administrator preferred
Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
