Hourly Caregiver | CHHA Certified Home Health Aide | Mercer County

We are currently offering to conduct video interviews with our CHHA candidates or in-person interviews at one of our offices!
Additional COVID-19 Safety Measures: *everyone* must wear a mask at all times, in the office and with our clients, and we have instituted enhanced sanitizing practices. All of our Angels are fully supplied with PPE before the start of a case. The vaccine is now available for all Home Healthcare professionals!
We are currently looking to Staff the following cases in Mercer County [Apply for further details! More coming in every week! ]:
Male Client in East Windsor: Monday to Thursday 9:30am to 1:30pm [16 hrs/wk]
Male Client in East Windsor: 4x a week from 10am-2pm [16 hrs/wk--flexible days!]
Male Client in Lawrenceville: 1x a week from 10am to 2pm [4 hrs/wk]
Male Client in Princeton: Tuesday and Friday from 3pm to 7pm [8 hrs/wk]
Male Client in Ewing: Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm [40 hrs/wk!]

What We Offer our Angels:
Limited-Time $250 SIGN-ON BONUS: Payable after reliably working 4 weeks of assigned cases
**GREAT Pay** : $15 / Hour !!
Highly Competitive pay for CHHAs in central NJ!
Increased Pay for Increased Difficulty--Hoyer Lifts, couples, etc.
4-hour minimum shifts
Long-term assignments (PT to FT) plus Fill-in shifts available, depending on your availability
Hourly daytime assignments available on an ongoing basis! Ask about them!
Self-lead training through our e-learning platform [over 200 topics available!]
In-person introductions to clients and conference with an RN supervisor
Guidance and assistance from our Care Management Team members and Nursing Supervisors
Rewarding and fulfilling 1-on-1 care with clients
Appreciation and Recognition from both families and office staff
Monthly Employee Recognition Program
"200x2" Referral Bonus: $200 referral bonus goes to an employee who refers a CHHA friend AND a $200 bonus also goes to their friend!*

Mileage Reimbursement when driving clients in your vehicle

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Valid CHHA [Certified Home Health Aide] license in NJ
Current 2-step PPD or Chest X-Ray report
MMR immunization records or Rubella Rubeola Titers
Current Physical Exam Report (within the year)
2 Work references required
Hourly employees MUST have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
RELIABLE: consistently on-time and with no call outs
Pleasant, kind, helpful, positive personality
Must speak and understand English very well

Present a professional appearance to our clients and their family
**Our office services all towns/cities located in both Mercer County and Burlington County.
