The NBN Group is seeking a full time Clinical Nurse Supervisor in Central/North Jersey, with strong pediatric experience and a passion for case management.

The Clinical Nurse Supervisor position combines case management responsibilities in the office with clinical supervision of home care nurses. You will oversee and train RN’s and LPN’s. You will determine initial Plan of Treatments to ensure the best possible care to all of our patients. You will plan and coordinate orientation programs to ensure competence of new nurses, and demonstrate home care equipment to enhance patient care. This position is a great opportunity for a clinically experienced individual who has a passion for patient care, as well sharing your clinical knowledge with others. This position requires travel from home to home, and interaction with many families.

This opportunity requires an upbeat and positive individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in the PICU and/or NICU. You will be able to use your creativity as well as knowledge and experience to develop our staff and build on their existing skills to help them become true Champions in the field. Many of our patients have been with us for many years, so your experience with med/surg will also be helpful. If you gravitate towards autonomy in your career, this is the job for you. This is a full time position that requires flexibility.

The NBN Group is a fast growing, full-service integrated health care service firm with over twenty-five years of experience in nursing. We provide private duty nursing, in-home therapy for children, as well as many other individualized services provided from the comfort of the patients own home.
