What we are looking for:


We are currently looking for a confident and outgoing Account Executive. The focus will be business development and assisting potential and existing clients with technical and business challenges. We are seeking a high-energy professional with an enthusiastic outlook and entrepreneurial attitude. Preferred candidates will be self-motivated professionals who can sell managed services, cloud services, and network engineering services to businesses in the Princeton NJ area.

Qualifications Include:

3+ years of exceptional sales experience in a quota-driven, high-demand business to business environment
Multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where strong organizational and social skills are essential
Comfortable discussing and proposing technical solutions that align with client business challenges
Self starter with internal motivation and a strong drive to succeed
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Enthusiastic to learn and talk about technical subjects, embracing the complex nature of technology

While technical experience is not required, you do need to be able to learn about the services and products we offer and translate how our offerings will help potential clients reach their business goals

High-level of business acumen, and understanding how business leaders consider problems facing their organization
High degree of integrity and resiliency
Network, coordinate, develop, and manage long-term relationships with other professionals and C-Suite
Travel to client sites and trades shows/conferences overnight or for a few days at a time
Comfortable cold calling into accounts to obtaining appointments with new customers
Strong work ethic with the ability to create and grow markets
Extreme ownership mentality for performance and accountability
Spanish is an advantage (in certain markets)
Require a valid driver's license

A successful Account Executive will be able to:

Develop, track, and close sales leads through prospecting, networking, and gaining strategic partnerships as primary sources of your opportunities
Prospect effectively to the C-Level, think like one, speak like one, and propose business outcomes versus just products and services
Identify prospect requirements including technical, prospect infrastructure, configuration, and other requirements and call prospects to continually find new customers and projects
Network with other business professionals
Work closely with technical staff to generate proposals
Confidently present proposals to clients to engage interest in managed IT and cybersecurity solutions
Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop informational seminars, marketing material, targeted campaigns, and qualified leads
Effectively qualify opportunities to determine scope and disqualify potential customers
Manage pipeline and move opportunities along through to close independently
