About the Role


The Life Sciences team at LexisNexis Reed Tech assists drug manufacturers with regulatory data submission. They provide industry expertise, analytics, and insights to empower clients. The team is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive professional to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve success and growth.


Responsibilities



Securing business through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and decision influencers at existing/new pharmaceutical organizations.
Driving new business, including cold sales, in a consultative manner to achieve sales targets.
Leading client meetings and perform necessary discovery to demonstrate ability to meet client needs.
Generating pricing proposals, negotiate and close service agreements.
Leveraging and cultivating established relationships to communicate LexisNexis solutions and build qualified Sales pipeline greater than 2x assigned sales quota.


Requirements



Have tenured experience selling Life Sciences consulting, we specialize in serving small to midsized Pharma Regulatory Affairs professionals. Additionally, having experience in CRO is advantageous. Our services include eCTD publishing, Medical Writing, US Agent, and audit support.
Demonstrate success in achieving annual sales outcomes of $2M+.
Possess prior experience in Regulatory Affairs.
Have experience handling a complex sales process within Life Sciences professional consulting services and/or Life Sciences SaaS solutions.
Maintain in depth knowledge of drug development process.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Be self-motivated, results driven, and have the ability to work solo and as a team.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.) and CRM.
