Our current position is offering a guaranteed salary, benefits, in house training and the potential to earn uncapped commission!

Compensation and Training:
Up to $40,000 - $48,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
Complete benefits package including medical, detail, vision and 401k
In-House, hands-on training provided
Full time hours
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Initiate calls to establish new relationships with customers
Assist customers with the movement of supply chain operations
Liaison between customers, shippers, receivers and carriers for all forms of communication by providing optimal customer service and updates through out transit
Find and maintain relationships with carriers to optimize Transportation and Logistics for your customers freight
Negotiate pricing between all parties
Manage daily shipments, resolve issues in timely manner to ensure pickup and delivery are on time, 24/7/365
Qualifications:
College degree - preferred
Ability to achieve sales goals in a fast paced environment
Computer literate
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge in conflict resolution
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Great customer service and people skills
