Position Summary:
Rocket Pharma is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is an exciting opportunity in fast-paced, growing biotech transitioning to commercial stage. The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters about the Office of the CCO. The ideal candidate will leverage a broad range of skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling a wide variety of comprehensive responsibilities. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. Requires the ability to proactively build organizational knowledge and relationships and think critically and creatively to support problem-solving and ensure strong communication flow and pull-through. Responsibilities:

Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments for the CCO.
Responsible for proactively coordinating meetings from invite to presentation prep.
Composing and preparing correspondence for company-wide release.
Organize and manage company-wide training, town hall meetings, and team building events.
Be a champion for Rocket culture and vision/mission.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CCO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support.
Works closely and effectively with the CCO to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Strong project management skills required.
Proactively collaborate across functions in the coordination of calendars, requests, and events.
Help develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners at treatment centers, payors, KOLs, talent, patient groups, peer companies, hiring agencies, investors and board members.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in providing support to high-level executives, focused in commercial and finance functions
High level of commitment, some limited availability after hours as needed.
Significant responsibility working in a dynamic, demanding, and fast-paced environment.
Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail with the ability to shift focus and priorities, when necessary, under pressure, and within deadlines
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to inform and engage through written communications.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Professional, positive manner, with experience in a role requiring a high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness; ability to follow-through and close loops
Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit to accommodate the high level of responsibility and multiple priorities.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and interested in learning within a fast-paced, fast-growth organization
Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Outlook organizational skills
