Discovery Years Child Learning Center aims to be a leader of Early Childhood Education in the Plainsboro N.J. community. We are a BRAND NEW, STATE OF THE ART FACILITY who pride ourselves in providing quality childcare experiences for children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten and before/after school care.Discovery Years Child Learning Center is currently seeking professional, experienced Teachers to nurture developing children's minds and provide the best child care experience to children and families in the community.Qualified candidates will be contacted from a member of our corporate management team.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee the day-to-day operations of your classroomEnsure that DYC curriculum is implementedMaintain DYFS compliance regulationsProfessionally communicate with parentsComplete daily/weekly reportsMaintain a professional relationship with personnelMaintain a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all timesQualificationsMust have a minimum of 3 years experience in an early education facilityExperience with a NAEYC or similar accredited school is a plusPleasant and friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableStrong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and strong time management skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skillsCDA certified or willing to obtain for toddler teachersTeacher certification required for preschool teachers.This is a full time, 40 hour per week position with a one hour lunch break.We offer:Competitive salaryMedical coveragePaid time offOpportunities for advancementPaid holidaysDirect depositYearly bonusesProfessional development opportunitiesIf you have everything that we're looking for and are seeking a rewarding new career change, please submit your resume or call Discovery Years Child Learning Center at [Register to View]
