Little People Big Dreams Academy is looking to hire experienced, innovative and dependable Assistant Group Leaders. Applicants must be creative, must know how to engage toddlers and assist with the implementation of lesson plans.
Must have the following or willing to be assisted to obtain the following with the first 30 days of hire:
H.S Diploma
Health Assessment with PPD test completed within 1 year
At least 1-2 years experience in Daycare Setting
Pediatric CPR certification
Updated FBI, Criminal, and Child Abuse Clearances
Mandated Reporter Certificate
Health and Safety training
Fire Safety Training Certificate
Different Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday - (7a-4p), (8a-5p), (12p-6p)
25-40 hours a week.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:To keep our staff as safe as possible, they are required to wear masks during their shifts, and parents are required to wear a mask when dropping off and picking up. Casual Covid screening questions are asked every Monday, along with temperature checks.

CPR Certification (Preferred)
