Job Description:
Our Pre-K Counts Assistant Teachers at Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) are instrumental in supporting the Lead Teachers in creating an environment that supports a childs natural desire to explore, experiment, and discover.
What are a Pre-K Counts Assistant Teachers skills and qualifications?

A minimum of an active CDA; Associates or Bachelor's Degree in ECE preferred
At least two (2) years or a minimum of 2,500 hours of childcare experience
Ability to supervise staff effectively
Ability to speak, hear, read, write, and generally understand English sufficiently to give directions and communicate with both children and adults
