The Goddard School® a leader in early childhood care and education, is looking for full-time Lead/Assistant Teacher for our award winning school in Newtown, PA (Bucks County). This is a great opportunity to be part of a Department of Education certified and licensed facility. Qualified candidates should have experience working with young children, and preferably a Child Development Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree. If already obtained, up to date clearances. Position comes with competitive salary and benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
Feel comfortable and safe working in our clean, state-of-the-art facilities with strict health and safety guidelines.
Ensure the health and safety of each child while educating them in a fun learning environment.
Communicate with parents daily, sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred or Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred or an interest in obtaining one of these degrees.
Previous experience working with children preferred.
Meets background check eligibility.
